Drawfect Bookings
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 25, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to Drawfect Bookings (“Drawfect Bookings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a software platform that helps Live Event Creators publish booking profiles, share availability and pricing, and receive customer booking inquiries. It describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit drawfectbookings.com, create a creator account, submit a booking inquiry, connect calendar tools, or otherwise use our services (the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- Creators — entertainer businesses that create accounts and publish booking profiles;
- Customers — people who browse profiles, check availability, or submit booking inquiries;
- Visitors — anyone who views public pages on our site.
Creators are independent businesses. When a customer contacts a creator through the platform, both Drawfect Bookings and the creator may process information related to that inquiry as described below.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Identity and contact information. Name, email address, and telephone number.
- Account and profile information. Business name, profile URL slug, category, password (stored by our authentication provider), taglines, service descriptions, pricing, travel and booking terms, and similar account details.
- Booking and event information. Event date and time, location, event type, indoor/outdoor setting, guest estimates, hours, notes, referral source, and related inquiry details.
- Service selections. Selected services, add-ons, options, and related pricing preferences.
- Availability information. Creator availability settings, blocked dates, and busy/free intervals from connected calendars used to show open booking windows.
- Communications. Messages you send through forms or support channels, and transactional emails or texts we send about accounts, inquiries, or bookings.
- Uploaded files or images. Logos, cover images, portfolio or featured work, marketplace card images, setup-related artwork, tax-exemption documents, and similar files you upload.
- Calendar integration information. If you connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, connection credentials and the calendar data needed for availability and booking sync, as described in the calendar section below.
- Payment-related information. Payment preferences, deposit settings, payment status, and limited card display metadata (such as brand and last four digits) returned by our payment provider. Card processing is handled by our payment partners (such as Square). We do not store complete payment card numbers on Drawfect Bookings servers.
- SMS consent information. Whether you affirmatively opted in to booking-related text messages, the phone number associated with that consent, when consent was recorded, the consent source, and the disclosure version shown at opt-in.
- Device, browser, and usage information. IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate timestamps collected through standard server logs and security tooling.
4. How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- Operate and improve the Drawfect Bookings platform;
- Process booking inquiries and related workflow steps;
- Connect customers and creators for live-event bookings;
- Send booking confirmations, status updates, reminders, and other service communications (email, and SMS when you have opted in);
- Manage availability and help reduce calendar conflicts;
- Process deposits or payments through integrated payment providers when enabled;
- Prevent fraud and abuse;
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain security;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Respond to support requests and improve the Services.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer inquiry content to train third-party advertising models.
5. SMS and mobile-information privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are used to provide booking-related and service-related text messages from Drawfect Bookings when you have affirmatively opted in—for example, inquiry or booking status updates, scheduling notices, and reminders.
Mobile opt-in information and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to third parties for unrelated marketing.
Information may be shared with service providers strictly as necessary to deliver messaging services and operate the platform (for example, our SMS delivery provider and hosting or database providers). Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Additional details appear in our Terms & Conditions.
6. How information is disclosed
We may disclose information in these situations:
- With the creator or customer involved in a booking. Inquiry and booking details are shared with the parties needed to evaluate, confirm, and fulfill the engagement.
- Public profile content. Information creators choose to publish (business name, services, pricing, images, and similar) is visible on public pages and may be indexed by search engines.
- Infrastructure and operational service providers. Vendors that help us host the platform, authenticate users, store files, send email, send SMS, process payments, connect calendars, or provide related infrastructure—under obligations to protect the data and only as needed to operate the Services.
- Legal authorities. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Drawfect Bookings, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. To a successor in a legitimate merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
7. Google Calendar integration
Creators may optionally connect selected Google Calendars so Drawfect Bookings can check availability and help prevent scheduling conflicts. When connected, we may:
- Read the creator’s calendar list to let them choose source and destination calendars;
- Query free/busy (busy interval) information to calculate open booking windows shown on the platform;
- Create or update booking-related events on a creator-selected destination calendar after a booking is confirmed through the platform.
Public availability displays use busy/free timing information. Google Calendar event titles and private event details from the creator’s Google account are not displayed on public booking pages. Booking events written back to a creator’s Google Calendar live on that creator’s calendar and are subject to the creator’s Google account sharing settings.
Creators can disconnect Google Calendar from the Drawfect Bookings dashboard. Disconnecting stops future sync with Drawfect Bookings. Creators can also revoke Drawfect Bookings access through their Google Account permissions. Disconnecting does not automatically delete historical inquiry or booking records on Drawfect Bookings.
Optional Apple Calendar connections, when enabled, are used for similar availability and booking-sync purposes under the creator’s control.
8. Uploaded content and media
Creators and customers may upload logos, covers, portfolio images, artwork, documents, and other media. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and publish that content. Uploaded files are stored with our infrastructure providers and may appear on public profiles, browse pages, embeds, and social previews when published. Guest likenesses in artwork do not mean those guests are platform account users.
We may remove content that violates our Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or the rights of others.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, maintain session security (including authentication and calendar OAuth flows), and operate core product features. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide any required notices or controls.
10. Data retention
We retain account, profile, inquiry, booking, and related information for as long as necessary to operate the Services, complete transactions, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion requests are processed.
11. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and restricted database policies. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Your choices and rights
Depending on how you use the Services, you may:
- Update creator account and profile information in the dashboard;
- Disconnect calendar access from the dashboard or revoke it in Google Account settings;
- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to a Drawfect Bookings text message;
- Request SMS assistance by replying HELP;
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing contact@drawfect.com;
- Continue using email and the platform for booking communications even if you decline or opt out of SMS.
Account deletion is handled upon verified request; automated self-serve deletion may not be available for every account type. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Service communications required to operate an existing booking may continue by email even when SMS is declined.
13. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material revisions, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
15. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices can be sent to contact@drawfect.com.
