SMS Messaging Consent

1. What Drawfect Bookings is

Drawfect Bookings is a software platform that helps Live Event Creators publish booking profiles, share availability and pricing, and receive customer booking inquiries. Customers use the public website to request bookings. When a customer affirmatively opts in, Drawfect Bookings may send booking-related text messages such as status updates, scheduling notices, appointment reminders, and customer support related to that booking.

2. Public opt-in URL for reviewers

SMS consent is collected on the public booking inquiry form. No login is required. Reviewers can verify the live flow here:

  1. Open the URL above (public; no account needed).
  2. Complete Schedule, then Package, then continue to Details.
  3. On the Details step, find the Phone field and the optional SMS consent checkbox directly beneath it (unchecked by default).
  4. Confirm Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions links next to the checkbox.

3. Exact SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default)

The booking form shows an optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent is recorded only when the customer actively checks the box. Consent is not required to submit a booking inquiry.

4. Message flow summary

  1. Customer visits a public creator profile or booking link on drawfectbookings.com.
  2. Customer completes the multi-step public booking form (Schedule → Package → Details → Review). No login is required.
  3. On Details, the customer enters a phone number (required for the inquiry) and may optionally check the SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default).
  4. If checked, Drawfect Bookings stores affirmative SMS consent with timestamp, source, disclosure version, and phone number.
  5. After submission, opted-in customers may receive booking-related SMS (status updates, scheduling notices, reminders, and booking support). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

5. Required legal links

The Privacy Policy states that mobile opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

There is no SMS keyword opt-in path. Website form opt-in is the only consent method for this campaign.
